Peanut Caramel Won a 2-Star Great Taste Award!

We are absolutely over the moon to announce that our beloved Peanut Caramel has just won a prestigious 2-star Great Taste award!

If you're not familiar with Great Taste, it's a very big deal. It's the world's largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme, basically the Oscars of the artisan food producer's world, and we are incredibly proud to have our Peanut Caramel recognised by them.

What makes this award so special?

This year, a staggering 14,340 products were entered into the competition from 110 different countries around the globe. Each one was put through an incredibly rigorous blind-judging process. That means every trace of branding and packaging is removed so the judges can focus on the most important thing: how it tastes.

Over 110 days, a panel of more than 500 industry experts—from top chefs and food critics to retailers—put the products to the test. Out of all those thousands of entries, only a very small percentage receive an award.

The stars mean everything:

• 1-star is for "food and drink that delivers fantastic flavour."

• 3-stars are for "extraordinarily tasty food and drink".

• Our

  2-star award means the judges declared our Peanut Caramel to be "above and beyond delicious". We'll take that!

We are so proud to be adding the prestigious black and gold Great Taste badge of honour to our Peanut Caramel. This sticker is the most recognised accolade for taste and quality in the food and drink industry, so when you see it, you know you're getting something truly special.

What's next?

We're shouting about this award as much as we can – on social media, in our email newsletter and simply telling everyone we know about it. And we're continuing to reach out to potential new stockists - farm shops, delis and cafes - across the country, to tell them about the award and ask if they want to stock Peanut Caramel.
