These terms apply when you buy goods from us at peanutcaramel.uk. They are written for distance sales under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This policy is effective from 1st October 2026.

You add items to your cart on this website and complete payment on Shopify checkout. By placing an order you agree to pay the price shown, including VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of 6 or 12 jars include free shipping. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Bundle prices and free recipe cards, where advertised, are applied automatically according to the number of jars in your cart.
We deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, unless we agree a different date with you. Risk in the goods stays with us until they are in your physical possession, or that of someone you ask us to deliver to, unless you use your own courier.
If we fail to deliver as agreed, you may have the right to end the contract and receive a refund, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may cancel a sales contract within 14 days, starting the day after the day you (or the person you asked us to deliver to) receive the goods. If an order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days start the day after the last delivery.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example through our contact form or by using the model cancellation form below. You do not have to use that form.
You lose the right to cancel jars that you have unsealed, because they are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons. Unopened jars may still be cancelled. Recipe cards may be cancelled within the 14-day period.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling. Return postage is your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, receiving proof that you have sent them. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard service, we only refund the standard delivery cost. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
We may deduct from the refund if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
