We're frequently adding more Peanut Caramel recipes to our collection, and we love to shout about it. Here's a run-down of our current favourites for Spring 2025. Visit our recipes page to browse all of our Peanut Caramel recipes.
We published a series of pancake recipes for Shrove Tuesday, and this was our favourite. It's as simple as can be – mix peanut caramel with a bit of cream cheese, then spread on the pancakes with a little jam (a nod to the all-time classic peanut butter and jam combo).
These are similar to classic chocolate rice crispy cakes, but with Peanut Caramel added, and some mini eggs added for the Easter touch! We felt that we didn't fully make the most of Easter this year but we're glad we got this recipe out there. Wait for next year – we'll be bringing some awesome Peanut Caramel Easter treats.
This caramel slice was one of the first recipes Tom devised in the early days of Peanut Caramel, and it's still up there with our favourites. It's essentially a buttery cheesecake base covered in a layer of butter-enriched Peanut Caramel, then topped with dark chocolate. Warning – it's seriously addictive!
This Peanut Caramel chocolate cake recipe has a special place in our hearts as it was one of the treats we made for our first few food markets in the early days of Peanut Caramel. It's an indulgent rich chocolate sponge combined with a smooth Peanut Caramel butter icing. It's super tasty and super moreish.
Another pancake recipe makes it into the top 5 for this season: Gemma devised this really simple banana and oat pancake recipe with just 3 ingredients; oats, bananas and eggs. We then made a batch of Peanut Caramel Cream Sauce to pour between the layers. The result might just be our favourite pancake recipe of all time.
